How does billing work?
Each website is charged once a month through Grow, a licensed payment service. Prices are in US dollars before VAT, and the charge is made in shekels at the Bank of Israel rate, with Grow's invoice. Customers in Israel pay VAT on top; customers outside Israel are not charged VAT. A store that installed Scayla from the Shopify App Store pays through its Shopify bill.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both are charged every month, and on Annual, Growth, Scale and Guided cost 20% less. Stores billed through Shopify follow Shopify's own plans. The full conditions are in the terms.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Cancel in Scayla, in Settings › Billing. To upgrade or downgrade, email hello@getscayla.com.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
The content already written stays on your site.
