Scayla/Platform: Measure
Your AI visibility, measured every week.
Scayla is an AI SEO platform for brands and agencies. Its AI visibility tool asks ChatGPT and Gemini the questions your buyers ask, every week, and records who gets named, which pages get cited and what was said. One score, the full answers behind it, and your competitors on the same scale.
Named in 4 of 10 monitored buyer questions.
- ChatGPT3 of 10

01
AI visibility score: one number, measured the same way every week.
The score is the share of your buyer questions where an AI engine names your brand or cites your site. A question counts once, whichever engine named you. It is simple on purpose. A number you can explain in one sentence is a number a whole company can work toward.
A fixed set of questions.
Scayla researches how buyers in your category search, in the language of your market, and turns that into a set of questions. Existing questions are never swapped out, so when the score moves, the answers moved. You can add questions of your own at any time.
Presence is detected by code.
Your brand names and domains are matched in the answer text and in the sources the engine cited. The model is never asked to grade itself.
A failed request is not a zero.
If an engine fails to answer, that question stays unmeasured for the week. A false "not mentioned" would corrupt the trend, so Scayla never writes one.
Read the trend, not the week.
AI answers vary from one run to the next. That is why the questions stay fixed and half a year of weekly runs is kept: a single week is a sample, and the trend is the signal.
02
Answer viewer: read what the engines actually said.
A score tells you whether you were named. The answer tells you why. Scayla stores every answer in full, with the sources the engine cited, for every question, engine and week.

See the wording.
How the engine describes you is the pitch your buyer hears. Outdated specs and wrong prices show up here first.
See which pages earn trust.
The cited sources show which of your pages the engines rely on, and which competitor pages they prefer to yours.
Named is not the same as cited.
An engine can mention you from memory and still send the click to someone else. With the answer and its sources side by side, you can tell which one happened.
03
Competitor tracking: your rivals, on the same scale.
The same questions, the same engines, the same week. Every brand gets the score you get, so the gap is a number and not a feeling.
- Name the competitors you care about. They are measured on every run.
- Brands you did not list, but that keep appearing in cited sources, are surfaced for you.
- Add a competitor later and Scayla scores them at once against the answers it already stored.

How is the AI visibility score calculated?
The score is the share of your monitored buyer questions where an AI engine names your brand or cites your domain. A question counts once, whichever engine named you. Presence is detected by code that matches your brand names and domains in the answer text and in the sources the engine cited. The model is never asked to grade itself.
Does Scayla measure Claude or Perplexity?
Not today. Scayla measures ChatGPT, using its live web search, and Gemini, grounded in Google Search. Every engine plugs into the same measurement interface, so more engines are added without changing the questions, the detection or the score.
How is AI visibility different from rank tracking?
Rank tracking reports your position on a page of search results. An AI answer has no page two: a buyer asks a question and the engine names a few brands, or it does not name you at all. AI visibility measures how often you are one of the brands named, on the questions your buyers ask.
How often is AI visibility measured?
Once a week, on the same questions. AI answers vary from run to run, so Scayla keeps half a year of weekly history and treats a single week as a sample and the trend as the signal. A request that fails is left unmeasured and is never recorded as "not mentioned".
